Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by establishing a strong rapport and maintaining therapeutic boundaries, ensuring a trusting and safe environment for therapy sessions.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, discuss their stability, and plan for future appointments or discharge as needed.

• Develop, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans, adapting strategies as necessary to meet the evolving needs of clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, to ensure comprehensive care and legal compliance.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate new clients, classifying their needs and determining the best course of action.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions regularly, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the client's unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n
