Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW within the state of California.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Robust knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and therapeutic frameworks.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct individual and group therapy sessions with a culturally responsive approach.

Compensation and Benefits\n
