Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately diagnose clients' mental health issues, documenting findings and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver therapeutic services including individual therapy, family therapy, and group sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and connecting them to appropriate resources when necessary.

• Maintain meticulous client records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards, documenting treatment plans, session notes, and progress evaluations.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to formulate comprehensive care strategies for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health topics and available community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.
