Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, employing standardized tools and personal interviews to accurately identify clients’ mental health needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, employing evidence-based therapy techniques that align with best practices tailored to each client's situation.

• Deliver therapy services to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing a variety of modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and other established therapies.

• Work in partnership with case managers, psychiatrists, and a network of healthcare providers to coordinate holistic care, ensuring succinct communication and continuity of treatment.

• Engage in crisis intervention, providing immediate support and therapeutic interventions to clients in acute distress, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
