This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to deliver therapy services from the comfort of your chosen workspace. While you will primarily work independently, you will also collaborate with a dedicated team of mental health professionals and participate in regular team meetings to discuss clients' progress and share insights. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual therapy sessions to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, focusing on developing personalized treatment plans.

• Conduct thorough, evidence-based assessments to determine client needs, and where needed, coordinate additional evaluations or referrals.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of clinical documentation, including progress notes and outcome reports, to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

• Participate in on-call coverage during and after program hours as necessary, ensuring clients receive consistent support.
\n
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement and enhance quality improvement initiatives, continually striving for better service delivery.

• Utilize age-appropriate and developmentally sensitive techniques in therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds who may have limited access to mental health resources. Our patient population typically includes individuals facing economic hardships, those experiencing chronic stressors, and clients dealing with significant trauma. Your ability to connect with clients, understand their unique experiences, and empower them through therapeutic interventions will be crucial in your role.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT is required.
\n
• Outstanding communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for effective client interactions and collaboration with team members.

• Demonstrated organizational abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining accurate client records.

• Competence in handling age-related issues and developmental needs pertaining to our diverse client demographic.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in mental health counseling is preferred, with a focus on working with diverse and marginalized populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to base compensation, our benefits package includes:
