Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop tailored individual therapy plans, addressing the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions based on evidence-based practices to various client groups, including individuals, couples, and families.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, selecting the best approach for each client's situation.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and fellow counselors to ensure comprehensive care is provided.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary range for this position is between $115,000 and $130,000, determined based on experience and caseload availability.
