Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients using secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring a professional and supportive environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, addressing a spectrum of mental health issues. Your role will involve interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and experiences, each with unique challenges and needs. These may include anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, behavioral concerns, and co-occurring mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• At least three years of hands-on experience in the mental health field, working with a diverse population including children, adolescents, and adults.

• Familiarity with therapeutic modalities suited for remote service delivery, along with comprehensive knowledge of child and adult development and evidence-based practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect meaningfully with a wide range of clients, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

Preferred Experience\n
