Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPCC, you will take on a range of essential duties, including:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for clients, addressing both pre-crisis and crisis situations.

• Completing thorough documentation in a timely manner, adhering to all regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.

• Utilizing evidence-based screening tools to accurately gauge clients’ needs and enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support plans that are designed to meet individual client needs.

• Actively participating in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain the clinic’s high standards.

• Serving as a liaison with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to optimize client support services.

• Establishing strong relationships with local and federal agencies, seeking opportunities for partnerships and funding that will benefit our programs.

• Attending conferences, workshops, and meetings to stay current in the field, ensuring your continued professional growth and representing the clinic positively in the community.

• Promoting and integrating the clinic’s mission, values, and philosophy into your daily practice and client interactions.

• Taking on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to support our dynamic team.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
