You will work within a structured schedule, primarily from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and may have occasional evening or weekend responsibilities based on client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport and maintaining professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to track progress, discuss stability, and navigate discharge planning when appropriate.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes for all client interactions, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adults, children, and families who seek support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• Current and active LPCC licensure that allows for independent practice.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing clinical services in an outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
