Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches to provide personalized mental health care to adult clients.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals and other psychiatric providers to formulate comprehensive treatment plans tailored to clients' unique needs.

• Utilize integrated assessment tools and self-administered questionnaires to evaluate client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.

• Engage in regular consultation sessions with leadership and utilize ongoing training opportunities to enhance your clinical skills.

• Document client interactions thoroughly within our easy-to-use electronic medical record (EMR) and treatment software to ensure streamlined care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Mindful Momentum, you will work primarily with individual adults from diverse backgrounds, many facing significant mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders. Your empathetic approach will be essential in building trust and rapport with clients as you guide them through evidence-based interventions designed to facilitate personal growth and coping mechanisms.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution. Relevant licensure (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) is required.

• A minimum of one year of independent therapy practice post-licensure, demonstrating an ability to manage diverse client needs effectively.

• Fundamental understanding and experience applying evidence-based practices, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) within therapeutic settings.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two years of recent experience working with adult populations, especially those presenting higher risks.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
