Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health status, needs, and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' objectives, drawing from evidence-based therapies.

• Provide individual therapy to adult clients using techniques that encourage positive change, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).

• Deliver virtual therapy sessions via teletherapy platforms, ensuring a secure and confidential environment for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention services to clients in emergency situations, demonstrating quick decision-making and effective support.

Qualifications\n

• No history of disciplinary actions on professional licensing board records.
