Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices.

• Provide individual therapy sessions via teletherapy, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other tailored approaches that meet the unique needs of clients.

You will work with a varied patient population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Possession of a full, independent licensure to practice, specifically as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
