Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while still being part of a supportive and collaborative team. Our community health clinic model ensures you will be part of a practice that values flexibility; you can create your own schedule between Monday and Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, without the need for on-call duties. Our advanced telehealth technology integrates seamlessly into your workflow, enhancing the therapeutic experience for both you and your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video counseling sessions with individual adult clients, utilizing evidence-based approaches to support their emotional and mental health needs.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatric providers, ensuring a comprehensive and coordinated care plan for each client.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and treatment progress measures to adapt and refine therapy techniques based on client feedback and clinical outcomes.

• Engage in regular consultation and support sessions with team leaders to enhance your professional development and clinical efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults experiencing a range of mental health conditions, particularly those who may require additional support due to high-risk factors. Your practice will encompass diverse populations, and you will be expected to provide culturally responsive care tailored to each individual’s needs, fostering a safe environment for all clients.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work with relevant licensure (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a clinical setting is required, particularly with adult populations.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality care through evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two years of recent experience offering Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and other proven interventions to individuals struggling with various mental health disorders.

• Experience in working with high-risk populations is highly desirable.

• Strong familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital therapeutics is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
