Work Environment\n

Typical working hours fall between Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evenings or weekends based on client needs and practice demand.

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• A current and unrestricted LPCC license, enabling independent practice.

• Proficiency in utilizing digital tools, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and Pimsy for client management.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services, ideally to individuals and families.

• Familiarity with conducting intake assessments and readiness to ensure clients receive tailored support from work commencement.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience with psychopharmacological services is a plus, as is training in specific therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or family systems therapy.
