Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to formulate individualized therapy strategies that align with client needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups. Design therapeutic plans that incorporate modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborte with multidisciplinary teams to devise and implement effective care plans that address clients' challenges holistically.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to legal and ethical standards while ensuring compliance with confidentiality protocols.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops and training, to stay informed about the latest research and practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• The competitive salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and availability.
