Key Responsibilities\n

The LPCC role involves a variety of responsibilities to ensure the delivery of effective mental health services. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Managing a caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing rapport while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular sessions to assess client progress, planning future appointments and determining discharge timelines when appropriate.

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring person-centered treatment plans in partnership with clients.

• Maintaining detailed documentation and progress notes for all clients, ensuring compliance with best practices.

• Completing intake assessments to accurately capture client needs.
\n
• Participating in individual supervision sessions to continuously enhance personal and professional growth.

• Collaborating closely with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
