Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s needs.

• Deliver a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions with diverse groups including individuals, families, and couples, addressing a wide array of mental health issues.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client records.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor will work primarily with individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in the mental health field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, new hires are eligible for a sign-on bonus of $3,000. Our comprehensive benefits package includes access to dental, vision, and health insurance, as well as malpractice insurance coverage. Counselors can also benefit from client referrals through our established network and receive support with billing and documentation to lessen administrative burdens.
