Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to create individualized therapy strategies that address each client's specific challenges and goals.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy, to help clients achieve transformative outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as social workers and psychiatrists, to ensure holistic treatment of clients, sharing insights and recommendations for optimal care.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and legal regulations that govern counseling practices.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops and training to stay informed about the latest trends and research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPCC will work with a diverse client base, focusing on individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. Many of our clients come from backgrounds with limited access to mental health resources, making it essential for our counselors to provide culturally sensitive and individualized care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LPCC license in the state of California.
