Key Responsibilities\n

You will apply culturally responsive approaches to foster trust and rapport with clients from different backgrounds, ensuring equity in mental health support.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• At least four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
