Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records while adhering to all regulatory guidelines and confidentiality standards, including HIPAA.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists, to provide comprehensive care.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance therapeutic effectiveness and improve client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.
