Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, identifying their needs and determining appropriate interventions.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with multidisciplinary staff regarding assessment results, treatment options, and overall client care plans to enhance treatment efficacy.

• Provide case management services for assigned patients, which includes coordinating with hospital staff and community resources to ensure comprehensive care is delivered effectively.

• Maintain ethical standards and complete necessary documentation in a timely manner, adhering to the requirements of both the state and organization.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to assist clients in achieving their individualized service plans and managing mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of California.
