Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Therapists at San Ramon Health Care Services work with a diverse population, including adolescents and adults experiencing various mental health challenges. This role requires the therapist to be adaptable and sensitive to the unique needs of each individual and couple, enabling effective intervention for a broad spectrum of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active and independent license in one of the following: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

While candidates with at least one year of experience are acceptable, those with additional experience in remote therapy settings, crisis intervention, and evidence-based treatment methodologies will be given preference. Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, new hires will receive a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000.
