Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain meaningful therapeutic relationships with patients by demonstrating empathy and understanding their unique concerns.

• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation consistent with clinical guidelines and state requirements, ensuring adherence to best practices in mental health care.

• Support clients in discharge planning and aftercare coordination to facilitate smoother transitions in their journey to recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Lighthouse Solution, you will be working primarily with diverse adult and adolescent clientele who may experience a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your holistic approach will be paramount in fostering a safe space for clients to explore their feelings and develop coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current active licensure in the state of California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to fostering trust and rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience providing therapy in an outpatient setting, preferably through telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n
