Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy, tailoring sessions to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct thorough initial and ongoing psychological assessments to establish comprehensive treatment plans.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement effective, individualized treatment strategies that holistically address client challenges.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately and maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Supervise and mentor Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, and/or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors, if Level II duties are applicable.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adolescents and young adults dealing with substance use issues and complex emotional/behavioral challenges. Understanding the nuances of their experiences and fostering a safe, supportive environment will be essential in guiding clients toward recovery. This role also entails engaging with families and educational staff to create a supportive network around each client, encouraging sustained progress.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid license in good standing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience, with a strong emphasis on working with adolescents and young adults.
