Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with other treatment team members to provide integrated care and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Conduct virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health and substance abuse histories, establishing a foundational understanding of their conditions.

• Facilitate individual therapy and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, ensuring a supportive environment that encourages open communication.

• Maintain meticulous records of each session, adhering to regulatory requirements and ethical standards to safeguard client confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on clients who are pre-screened, stable, and present with low acuity issues. This allows you to concentrate on fostering therapeutic alliances and promoting mental wellness without the stress of crisis management. You will primarily serve adolescents and young adults, conducting therapy that is engaging and interactive to meet their specific developmental needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD is necessary to practice in California.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a clinical setting.

• Demonstrated experience successfully providing telehealth services.
