Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health, identifying strengths and areas for growth to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to address various psychological issues and enhance emotional well-being.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients, sharing insights and strategies related to patient care.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records in adherence to state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards are upheld.

• Participating in professional development opportunities to keep abreast of emerging trends in mental health, incorporating new techniques into your practice.

• Providing crisis intervention and support as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients during vulnerable moments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will primarily consist of a diverse range of clients, including both adults and adolescents facing various challenges. This could involve working with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions. You will have the responsibility of creating a safe space for clients to explore their feelings and develop coping strategies tailored to their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, you must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist within the state of California.

• A strong commitment to providing empathetic, compassionate care that respects diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experience will be given preference:

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role is competitive, with an annual salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000. In addition to attractive pay, we offer:
