Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to clients focusing on stress reduction and relaxation.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients’ unique stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals, allowing for customized mindfulness practices.
\n
• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation practices, and breathing techniques to enhance self-awareness, emotional balance, and stress management.
\n
• Facilitate group workshops and classes that promote mindfulness, resilience, and effective stress management strategies.
\n
• Incorporate mindfulness elements into individual therapy sessions, addressing specific mental health concerns and supporting clients’ overall growth.

• Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to treatment.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans, adhering to ethical standards of practice.

• Engage in regular self-reflection and ongoing professional development to deepen expertise in mindfulness-based practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will interact with a diverse client base, including individuals facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. Your role will include providing therapy to clients ranging from adolescents to adults, all of whom are eager to find healthier coping mechanisms and improve their overall mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in the state as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
\n
• Strong foundational knowledge of mindfulness practices and their integration into therapeutic interventions.

• Exceptional communication skills that foster a calming and supportive therapeutic environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) or similar mindfulness training is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year , commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
