Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough assessments of new clients to understand their mental health needs and personal circumstances.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based therapy modalities, such as CBT and DBT.

• Managing compliance with mandatory reporting laws and ethical guidelines, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

• Offering resources and referrals to support clients’ care, including connecting them with community services and programs.

• Documenting client progress thoroughly and timely within our EHR system to ensure accurate and current client records.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adult clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues. Our diverse clientele represents different backgrounds, cultures, and experiences, requiring sensitivity and adaptability in your therapeutic approaches. By supporting clients through evidence-based practices and empathetic listening, you can help them navigate their mental health journeys successfully.

Qualifications\n

• A current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• At least two years of relevant outpatient counseling experience, providing therapy in a clinical setting.

• Proficiency in utilizing Office 365 applications and EHR systems for effective case management and documentation.

• A strong ability to communicate with and engage a diverse population of clients, demonstrating cultural competency and empathy.

Preferred Experience\n

• Three or more years of experience in outpatient settings strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
