Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that address various mental health concerns and client goals.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic techniques through telehealth sessions that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other modalities tailored to the individual needs of clients.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, including client notations and compliance reports, while adhering to confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Offering guidance and support for daily living activities, medication adherence, and referrals to additional resources when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily involves working with youth and their families, facilitating access to mental health services for those from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, rehabilitation counseling, or a closely related field.

• A valid state license in mental health counseling, such as LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent. Note: We cannot accept applicants with associate-level licenses, as they are not billable through Medicare.

• Strong proficiency in using telehealth platforms to deliver counseling services effectively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing for the establishment of rapport and trust with clients.

• A self-directed work ethic and the ability to maintain productivity in a remote environment.
