Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still feeling connected to a supportive team. Our remote work environment is designed to facilitate collaboration and communication, utilizing the latest technology to maintain a high standard of care. You will have access to virtual tools and platforms that enable you to conduct therapy sessions effectively and efficiently. Our work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups using evidence-based techniques tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Develop, implement, and periodically review customized treatment plans focusing on fostering emotional and psychological growth and resilience.

• Collaborate closely with our diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatric specialists, to ensure seamless client care and support.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, training, and relevant courses to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

• Contribute innovative ideas and feedback to enhance our clinical services, striving to improve overall client outcomes and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid California license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC is required.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, working with a diverse client population.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish trust and rapport quickly.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective interactions with clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
