Key Responsibilities\n

• Recording and accurately documenting patient interactions and progress notes in accordance with regulatory and departmental guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The licensed therapist will provide services to a diverse array of individuals, couples, and families with varying backgrounds and challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current active licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD recognized by the State of California.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating clinical competency.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, accompanied by a robust benefits package.
