Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews to identify client needs and risks.

• Collaborating with clients to develop personalized treatment plans, ensuring that cultural considerations and individual goals are addressed.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions in diverse settings, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy formats, using specialized techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Providing crisis intervention services, effectively managing acute distress situations, and ensuring continuity of care through collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, in line with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Empowering clients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with tools and techniques to effectively manage their mental health conditions.

• Engaging in multidisciplinary teamwork, coordinating care with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure comprehensive treatment strategies.

• Regularly assessing treatment outcomes and making necessary adjustments based on therapeutic effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this position, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals battling trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California.

• Demonstrable ability to work both independently and as a part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
