Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients experiencing mood disorder symptoms by assessing their intensity, frequency, and duration, using evidence-based methodologies.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with individual client needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support client progress.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care practices to enhance their understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Continuously monitor and track client progress, making real-time adjustments to treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care across all disciplines.

• Stay informed on the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatment to enhance therapeutic strategies and approaches.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines to ensure the highest standards of care.

Qualifications\n

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
