Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, providing flexibility for your work schedule while allowing you to deliver high-quality telehealth services. Our set working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility required to ensure we meet the needs of our patients. You will utilize state-of-the-art telehealth technology to connect with clients, ensuring that both you and your patients have a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments during virtual consultations to gather information about patients’ unique experiences and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy, to accommodate individual patient needs and circumstances.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, focusing on enhancing resilience, coping strategies, and emotional well-being.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals involved in patient care to provide a coordinated and holistic approach to mental health treatment.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, ensuring that patients feel safe and heard in challenging moments.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and local community resources that can further assist them on their journey to recovery.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with legal and ethical standards to ensure patient privacy and care continuity.

• Participate actively in case conferences and team meetings, sharing insights and contributing to collaborative decision-making in patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
