Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, providing flexibility in your work schedule while maintaining a collaborative team-oriented atmosphere. You will work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a balanced workload that promotes your effectiveness as a therapist. Our outpatient office setting allows you to focus on delivering high-quality care while monitoring the progress and well-being of your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to clients seeking effective strategies for stress reduction and emotional regulation.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify each client’s unique stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals, customizing mindfulness practices accordingly.

• Guide clients through individualized mindfulness exercises, meditation techniques, and breathing practices, aimed at enhancing self-awareness and emotional balance.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops on mindfulness applications, stress management, and resilience-building strategies to enhance community engagement.

• Incorporate mindfulness techniques into individual therapy sessions, focusing on clients’ specific mental health needs and further developing their coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to ensure an integrated approach to mindfulness in treatment plans, fostering comprehensive care.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation regarding client progress, mindfulness interventions, and tailored treatment plans to support effective communication among the care team.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is essential.

• Possession of a current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Proven proficiency in integrating mindfulness techniques into therapeutic practices is required to ensure effective client outcomes.

• Exceptional communication skills are necessary, with the ability to foster a calming and supportive environment for clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
