Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be instrumental in helping clients achieve their therapeutic goals. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active mental health license, including but not limited to: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or PhD in Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field; candidates with a Master’s degree or doctoral degree will be preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Exemplary organizational and time-management skills, ensuring effective and efficient management of caseloads.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with more extensive backgrounds in providing therapy within diverse settings, as well as familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, will be highly regarded.
