Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, goals, and challenges during initial consultations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Our clients come from a range of backgrounds and cultures, and your ability to deliver culturally competent care will be vital in making them feel understood and supported. The nature of remote counseling allows you to reach individuals who may have barriers to access traditional in-person therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• An active license to practice in California (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC).

• At least two years of clinical experience in a relevant mental health field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
