Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs, history, and treatment objectives.

• Create and implement individualized care plans that promote meaningful change, drawing on evidence-based approaches and client-centered techniques.

• Provide therapeutic interventions to adults, utilizing strategies tailored to the specific challenges presented by each client.

• Address urgent mental health situations effectively, delivering immediate support and crisis intervention as needed.

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes within electronic health record systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma recovery, and substance use issues. You will impact the lives of clients who may often encounter significant obstacles to accessing care, including financial constraints, geographical limitations, and systemic barriers. Your work aims to provide them with the support and tools they need for effective coping and recovery, ensuring that they feel heard, understood, and empowered.

Qualifications\n

• An active and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
