This full-time position is remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance. As a therapist at a detox center, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and addiction specialists, to ensure holistic care for our clients. Although you will work from a remote setting, you'll have the support of a tight-knit team dedicated to nurturing each team member's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments for clients, establishing a baseline for treatment and understanding their individual needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address mood disorders and substance use issues effectively.
\n
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing interventions that enhance clients' interpersonal and relational dynamics.

• Engage actively in multidisciplinary team meetings, collaborating with peers to discuss client progress and refine treatment strategies.

• Provide clinical supervision for Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, and Associate Professional Clinical Counselors, fostering their professional development.

• Document all aspects of client care in a thorough and timely manner, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work primarily with individuals grappling with substance use issues, along with complex co-occurring mental health disorders. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and face numerous life challenges. Your ability to connect with clients on a personal level and understand their unique circumstances is essential for driving therapeutic outcomes and ensuring their continued journey toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
\n
• Valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). You must be in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Sciences.

• A minimum of three years of experience in clinical settings, with a strong focus on therapy for mood disorders.

• Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of post-licensure experience specifically addressing mood disorders.

• Familiarity with treating mood disorders using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

• Demonstrated understanding of psychopharmacology and the capacity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams effectively.

• A strong track record of successful client outcomes in treating mood disorders is highly favored.

Compensation and Benefits\n
