Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals who are experiencing a variety of emotional and psychological challenges. Our clients range from adolescents to adults, each presenting unique life experiences and mental health concerns. This diverse patient demographic provides a rich context for counseling, requiring sensitivity, adaptability, and a deep understanding of cultural dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a mental health professional in California (such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) is required for eligibility.

• At least two years of relevant experience working with clients facing emotional and psychological challenges.

• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to establish rapport and trust quickly with clients.

• Experience with electronic medical records systems is preferred but not mandatory, as we provide training for our in-house systems.
