This full-time position offers a salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, with additional bonuses, including a sign-on bonus.

Work Environment\n

This position is offered in a remote setting, allowing you the flexibility to conduct assessments and therapy from the comfort of your home while maintaining high standards of care. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts on a rotating basis.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients for mood disorders, identifying the severity, frequency, and duration of their symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients in creating personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs, goals, and aspirations.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's specific situation.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, enhancing their understanding of mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Continuously monitor and assess clients' progress during therapy sessions, adjusting treatment plans when necessary to ensure effectiveness.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to facilitate integrated and holistic care that addresses the full spectrum of client needs.

• Stay abreast of ongoing research and advancements in the field of mood disorders to ensure the highest quality of care is maintained.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and client interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to discuss client progress and share insights on best practices in the treatment of mood disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role centers on supporting clients who face a wide variety of mood disorders. Our clientele may range from those recently diagnosed and seeking initial treatment to individuals who need ongoing support through their recovery journey. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience, preferably with a focus on mood disorders.

• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based treatment protocols specifically geared towards mood disorders.

• Understanding of psychopharmacology that complements therapeutic practices, fostering effective collaboration with psychiatrists.
