Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate substantial improvements in clients' emotional well-being.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on their shifting needs and responses to therapy.

• Stay informed about the latest trends and research related to mood disorders to inform your practice and enhance client outcomes.

• Document all client interactions, assessments, and treatment interventions accurately and in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.

• Advocate for clients by promoting destigmatization of mental health conditions and ensuring their voices are heard in discussions about treatment and care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Two years of post-licensure experience focusing on mood disorders is strongly preferred.

• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology to effectively collaborate with psychiatrists and other medical professionals.

Compensation and Benefits\n
