This position operates primarily in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a high standard of client interaction and care. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, promoting a healthy work-life balance in a demanding field.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based mindfulness interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) techniques, to help clients alleviate stress and promote relaxation.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to recognize client stressors, establish their unique goals, and adapt mindfulness practices to meet their specific needs.

• Guide clients in mindfulness exercises, meditation sessions, and breathing techniques aimed at enhancing self-awareness, emotional regulation, and overall well-being.

• Facilitate group workshops focused on mindfulness practices, resilience-building strategies, and stress management techniques that empower individuals in a community setting.

• Integrate mindfulness practices into one-on-one therapy sessions to address specific mental health concerns, assisting clients in navigating their personal challenges.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and other healthcare professionals to create a comprehensive, interdisciplinary treatment strategy that emphasizes the role of mindfulness in mental health recovery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range between $115,000 and $130,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
