Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, providing you with the ability to work from the comfort of your chosen environment. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients’ needs, histories, and presenting issues, subsequently developing tailored treatment plans.

• Provide high-quality individual and group therapy sessions that address a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals like psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists to offer comprehensive care and ensure a unified approach to client well-being.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops and conferences, to stay updated with the most effective therapeutic methods and interventions.

• Contribute to the evolution of clinical services by sharing insights and feedback aimed at enhancing patient care protocols and therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on clients experiencing emotional distress, ranging from mild anxiety to more severe mental health disorders. You will have the opportunity to build therapeutic relationships with diverse populations, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each individual. Your skills will be essential as you address complex issues, assist in crisis situations, and support clients on their journey to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• An active license in your respective state as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of direct experience providing therapy to individuals facing emotional challenges.

• Strong interpersonal skills to foster rapport with clients and colleagues, facilitating a therapeutic environment conducive to healing.

• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is beneficial, although not mandatory for application.

Compensation and Benefits\n
