Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments utilizing standardized assessment tools to formulate personalized treatment plans based on client needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to individual client circumstances.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring client information is secure and accessible.

• Engage in regular collaboration with an interdisciplinary treatment team, fostering relationships with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to enhance holistic care.

• Participate actively in case consultations and peer review meetings to discuss complex cases, share insights, and refine treatment approaches to maximize client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
