Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide personalized mental health counseling to a diverse client base, utilizing video chat platforms for therapy sessions.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with individual goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidates will work predominantly with stable, low-acuity adults who seek support for a range of mental health challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and present a variety of concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues. Counselors are encouraged to foster strong therapeutic alliances to help clients navigate their unique journeys toward emotional resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A current state license in one of the following: LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD is mandatory.

• Independent licensure without supervision is essential.

• No history of disciplinary actions is allowed.

• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and familiarity with telehealth technologies.

• A stable, high-speed internet connection for video conferencing is a must.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing telehealth services is highly preferred but not strictly required.

• Prior experience working with adult clients with low-acuity mental health issues is desired.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 75,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also offer a generous sign-on bonus to welcome our new team members.
