Key Responsibilities\n

The days will be dynamic, as you will undertake the following:

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions via telehealth, using evidence-based practices to support individuals through their healing journey.

• Maintain accurate case notes and treatment logs that detail client progress, adaptations in treatment approaches, and crisis intervention strategies.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

• Educate clients and families on mental health topics and wellness strategies, empowering them to take an active role in their treatment.

• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and modify treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will consist of diverse patients presenting a wide range of psychological needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal challenges. You will focus on creating a safe and trusting environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences and working towards their goals. Your expertise will also enable you to identify patients who may benefit from specialized services and facilitate necessary referrals.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, you must possess the following:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• A valid clinical license—such as LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD—is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in delivering mental health counseling services.

Preferred Experience\n

While all applicants will be considered, preference will be given to candidates with experience in a telehealth setting and those who have worked with a varied patient demographic. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive compensation package ranging from USD 90,000 to 135,000 annually, commensurate with experience and licensure. Additionally, you can expect:
