Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments during initial client meetings to accurately understand their mental health concerns and history, which will inform the development of customized treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and others, to provide individual therapy that addresses each client’s unique needs and goals.

• Work collaboratively with clients to set realistic therapeutic objectives, consistently tracking progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure clients are benefiting from the services provided.

• Offer teletherapy options for clients unable to attend in-person sessions, ensuring they receive the necessary support regardless of geographic or physical limitations.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical standards, which is crucial for effective case management.

• Participate in professional development opportunities, workshops, and continuing education courses to enhance clinical skills and stay informed of emerging trends in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
