Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor with Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering individual therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborating with clients to set therapeutic goals and monitor progress through regular check-ins and reassessments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will include a diverse range of clients dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, stress management, and relationship challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals across various age groups, including adolescents to adults, each requiring a tailored approach to their specific circumstances.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor - Mental Health Service Provider (LPC/MHSP), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building trust and rapport with clients.

• Demonstrate empathy and a non-judgmental approach in addressing clients' varying experiences and challenges.

Preferred Experience\n
