Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct psychosocial assessments to accurately diagnose and treat a range of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, adjusting care plans as needed based on client progress.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, their families, and other involved parties to ensure comprehensive support.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual and family therapy, crisis intervention, and supportive counseling tailored to client needs and preferences.

• Maintain accurate documentation and case notes within our user-friendly software platform, streamlining the administrative process to allow more time for client care.

• Coordinate referrals to additional community resources such as support groups, treatment programs, and psychiatrists to enhance client well-being.

• Engage in regular team meetings to discuss client progress, care strategies, and ensure continuity of care through effective discharge planning.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current State Licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, along with an attractive sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
